1.  Application

 

PS-01B Portable stroboscope is based on the principle of relative rest produced by human visual temporary stay when achieve synchronization of flash frequency and moving objects. Users can watch the illuminated athletic patterns intuitively, it will not cause any color distortion. Adopts high-performance single-chip as processing unit, flash times per minute and working condition can be displayed in real time by nixie tube.

The instrument is used in printing, papermaking, textile, medicine, light industry, machinery processing and other industries.   

Printing industry - online observation of chromatography process, ink color, cross-cutting, punching, folding, drawing and other defect detection during the high-speed printing process.

Papermaking industry - online observation of surface paper flaw and paper net vibration

Textile industry- measurement of spindle speed and weft of loom

Machinery manufacturing industry- diagnose operation conditions of various rotors, gearing mesh, vibratory equipment, monitor surface defects and running track of high-speed moving objects and measuring speed, frequency and count of high-speed moving objects.

(5) Stop flash automatically: reduce electricity and improve the useful time of strobe lights.

(6) Imported strobe tubes, improve the working reliability and flash brightness by built-in high performance switch power module.
