1.  Application

  

WZL-B horizontal paper tensile tester adopts unique horizontal design, screw drive form and imported servo control stepper motor, liquid crystal display. It has compact structure, complete functions and convenient operation.

The main functions are as follows:

Make measurement of anti-tension, tensile strength, elongation, breaking length, tensile energy absorption, tensile index, tensile energy absorption index of paper, and especially sensing delicate value, and it is able to measure the corresponding parameters of sanitary paper (including wet-strength value). 

Make measurement of anti-tension, tensile strength, peel strength and elongation on aluminum and aluminum-plastic strip.

Make measurement of tensile strength, elongation and tensile elastic modulus on plastic film

Make measurement of heat seal strength, tensile strength and peel strength on food packaging bag

Make measurement of adhesive strength, edge strength, tensile strength and elongation on sanitary towel

Make measurement of peel strength and tensile strength on pressure sensitive adhesive tape

Make measurement of filament breaking strength and elongation on synthetic fiber

4.  Main features

 

Instrument has parameter testing, conversion, adjustment, display, memory, print and data processing function, it can directly obtained results of the data and automatically reset. It is convenient operate, easy adjustment and stable performance.

(1)    Horizontal structure, tensile speed can be moved between 5~400mm per minute. After the test, the return speed is fast. Through it, test efficiency is improved, and the return speed can be set by users.

(2)    Instrument adopts high speed CPU chip. With the rapid sampling, display, measurement and control, the measurement is more accurate and faster, the operation is much simple, the use is more convenient.

(3)    Adopts imported servo stepper motor control and precise positioning. The space between chucks can be set by users.

(4)    Automatic measurement, statistics, print the test results, and function of data retention.

(5)    Within the measuring range of 0.3N to 30N, the accuracy is up to 0.01N, and the instrument is especially used in measuring the corresponding parameters of sanitary paper.
