1.  Application

 

The constant sampler is only for power, it is widely used in constant sampling of various powder materials, such as kaolin, calcium carbonate, talc, barite, titanium dioxide, activated clay, barium sulfate, magnesium oxide, flour, cement, pigment, etc.

3.   Main features

Constant sampler is made up of press-powder device and press-powder apparatus.

(1)  Press-powder device provides a relatively constant force imposed on the powder material or slurry in press-powder apparatus, and then form a sample which has tightness uniformity. Through flip the handle, change torque into a downward propelling force, and through an internal mechanism to ensure constant pressure output.

(2)  Press-powder apparatus is used as sample storage container and sample compaction. It is made up of sampling holder and link interface with press-powder device.

(3)  The features: Only flip the handle of constant sampler, and powder material or slurry can be compacted. When reach a certain degree of compaction, the handle goes into a skid, and then each sample forms a relatively uniform tightness, so that improve the accuracy of the test and relative stability.
