Detailed Product Description
1. Application
Lead-concentration is a test instrument for testing the concentration of the pencil lead. That is to measure reflected light density of lead-traces on the designated paper.Use symbol d represents the reflected light density: d=Lg1/R450, R450 is the diffuse reflection brightness factor for the wavelength of 450nm blue light by sample. That is under certain lighting conditions, in given direction, the ratio of reflected brightness of sample and ideal diffuse reflection brightness under the same conditions.

(1) Eliminate the specular reflection: error is less than brightness factor for 0.1%, no effect on the concentration measurement.

3. Main features
Uses optical-electro-mechanical integration and microcomputer control technology, has the functions of test data processing and also can measure the concentrations of pencil lead.
(1) Adopts d/o illuminating and viewing conditions, the diameter of the globe of diffusion is 150mm, the diameter of measuring hole is 22mm. Glossy reflection absorber eliminates surface especially the effect on mirror reflection by lead traces.
(2) The distribution of effective spectral power accord with standard color observer: the stimulate value of spectrum is z10 (λ), the peak wavelength is 450nm.
(3) Figures show the value of measured concentration and diffuse reflection brightness factor (%), and it can give the average by several tests.
(4) Eliminate the effect on specular reflection: error is less than brightness factor for 0.1%, no effect on the concentration measurement.
