1.  Application

The instrument applies to test ring compressive strength of paper and board, side and plane compressive strength and adhesive strength of corrugated board with a thickness of 0.15~1.00mm.

4.  Main features

Instrument is multi-functional host computer. Uses can order corresponding annex alone according to actual situation so as to achieve various strength tests for paper and corrugated board. It uses microcomputer control technology and liquid crystal display in Chinese. It has the functions of test data processing and printout.

(1)    Multi-function measurement: Instrument uses high-precision pressure sensor. It measures compressive strength-Ring crush and edgewise compressive strength of paper and board, flat compressive strength and peel strength of corrugated board, and flat compressive strength of paper core.

(2)    Plate spacing settings: The plate spacing can set in a random manner by using imported stepper motor. And it just relies on the button to set plate spacing without trip switch.

(3)    Compare with the existing same type at home: Host is separated from control box. Transmission part uses composite structures of worm gear reducer and synchronous motor. The overall structure is more simplified and clear.

(4)    Display and print: Liquid crystal display in Chinese and stylus print.
