1.  Application

CT-500C is a special tester to measure plane compressive strength for paper tube based on CT-500B. It is manly applied to measure plane compressive strength and deformation of various industrial paper tubes, chemical fiber paper tubes, small packaging boxes and other small containers.

4.  Main features

Adopts microcomputer control technology, liquid crystal display in Chinese, it has the functions of test data processing and printout.

(1)  High-speed return: Plate can return to the starting location at high-speed automatically after finishing measurement by imported stepper motor driver, work efficiency can be improved.

(2) Plate spacing settings: Set in a random manner by using imported stepper motor. And it just relies on the button to set plate spacing without limit switch.

(3) Thermal micro-print: Without print ribbon by imported thermal printer core from Japan, and avoid troubles of placing ribbon and adding ink. It reduces the failure rate greatly and achieves high-speed printing and low noise.

(4) Output display in Chinese: Use liquid crystal display module, display in Chinese and prompt operating steps. Show the results of measurement and statistics. Friendly human-computer interface make operation simple and convenient.

(5) Multiple protection: The instrument uses multi-protection, it not only has limit protection, but also has measuring ultra-range protection and over-current protection. Make the operation more safe, stable and reliable.
